Hey mamas, we're back with another Monday Mom Meal! This month me and Chef Shayna are serving up a one-pan dinner! We know your time is limited in between kids, work, relationships, and everything else in life. Meals like this are great to have on hand because they generally take less than 30 minutes from start to finish! We used salmon for this recipe, but you could totally switch it to chicken or another protein. You could also roast the vegetables by themselves to use as a side dish for another meal!
